Omg ...... hands down the best Al Pastor I have ever had! It has juicy grilled pineapple in it!! !
They cut It off like shawarma! The menu is large and it's unique because they make It all fresh.
This isn't your standard taco truck with all the food premade in a tray
- It is cooked fresh, hot, right in front of you with no secrets!

“I'm blown away by this place. Awesome spot tucked away on the corner of 170th and TV Hwy. Tonight was my first time there and I got their Al Pastor burrito. They do Al Pastor the right way! The pork has a little char/crispiness to it and they use pineapple -- two very important factors I've found in my journies with Al Pastor. I'll be back for sure."

I honestly don't know of any taqueria that does ACTUAL tacos arabes the traditional way. Except(!) Taqueria El Gordo. They shave the pork and pineapple unto double ply maíz tortillas and give them a quick fry with onion and cilantro finishing the taco. Sublime.

Once a week stop, waistline be dam*d!

“Where do i start??? This place has the BEST tacos al pastor! Other places serve super fatty cheap meat but these guys have the best meat. Freshly prepared to your order. The green salsa is so good, I think it's creamy salsa but still spicy and delicious. I've tried to recreate it at home but can't quite get it. The family is super nice and now that the heater works in the dining part of the building we can go during the winter too! Must try if you like authentic Mexican food.”

“I thought I was a steak fan until I tried the Allpastor burrito. I've been to a lot of food trucks of all ethnicities, but you can taste the family love for food better at El Gordo than all the rest. Not only is is outstandingly delicious, it's affordable. Good prices for AMAZING food, with good smiles and great customer service will have me coming back again and again!.”
